Dear Customer,

Thank you for your booking with Fujairah Adventure Park. Please find your tax invoice and below all the detailed information.

It is mandatory to bring with you a copy of your booking invoice or e-ticket when availing your experience at Fujairah Adventure Park.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Meeting Time: You must arrive 30 minutes before the time of your experience, as any delays will impact your experience. Late arrivals will be considered a “No Show” and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with the Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling will only be permitted if:

Bookings for 9 people or less can be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours (3 days) before the booking time at no cost. Cancellations for such groups within 72 hours before the booking time will be charged fully and is non-refundable.
Any reschedule will be subject to availability. Rescheduling less than 72 hours before the booking will incur a reschedule fee of 50 AED per person.
Bookings for groups of 10 people or more have separate terms and conditions.
Weather conditions prevent the activities from operating, as per management’s absolute discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be permitted if:

Refunds are requested 72 hours before the booking time of the activity.
Circumstances beyond management’s control that require an indefinite closure of the activity; such circumstances being at management’s absolute discretion.
Customers are unable to re-book in the case of cancellation by management’s absolute discretion.

Any previously amended bookings will not be eligible for refund.

Applications for Refunds will be rejected if

The customer fails to show up at Fujairah Adventure Park Reception 30 minutes before the booking time mentioned in the ticket.
The customer (for group size up to 9) attempts to change a booking within 72 hours of the booking time of the activity.

The customer does not meet the safety requirements set out on www.fujairahadventurepark.ae website and in the Terms and Conditions.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

All participants must:

Meet the minimum age, height, and weight requirements for each activity
Be in good physical and mental health
Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Follow all safety instructions provided by park staff
Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
Sign the park waiver form (available at www.fujairahadventurepark.ae/waiver/)

Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, back/neck problems, or other medical conditions that may be affected by the activities are advised not to participate.

GENERAL TERMS

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety requirements or park rules.
Photography and videography for personal use is permitted. Commercial filming requires prior approval.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the park premises.
The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All times and schedules are subject to operational requirements and weather conditions.
